NEWSGROUP Reader & DECODER
|The Free Agent works so well, it makes the clunky Netscape
Newsreader that comes with Navigator look pale in comparison.
It has a decoder built-in, for decoding binary UUE files. Useable on Windows 3.1 as well as Windows 95. Program is self-extracting, and will install itself when you double click it.

|WinZip is a decoder that will decode UUE and MIME64 files, as well
as several others. WinZip is shareware, which means that users are
expected to pay for the program after evaluating it. Program is self-extracting, and will install itself when you double click it.

Filename: WinZip32Win 95 (32 bit)
This program is an HTML Wizard, allowing you to create Web pages
by filling out a "form," at the end of which, at the press of a button,
an html-coded webpage pops out. Very handy for the html-impaired.
Good start-up tool. Program is self-extracting, and will install itself when you double click it.
(16-bit, for Windows 3.1; works with Win 95 too)
Filename: Webwiz16.zipWin 3.11 and Win 95
This shareware is an excellent html editor. This download is for Windows 3.1, but
it is also available for Windows 95 (www.ist.ca). This has a html "wizard" in
it, as well as a form editor (a utility that makes "forms" on webpages). It helps to have
an understanding of html before using this application, but even beginners
should enjoy this handy editor. (Self-extracting file)
The Acrobat Reader is a free utility of Adobe, which enables
users to view documents exactly as the author intended. This Reader opens
files of the .pdf format (or extension), which means Portable Document Format.
Often documents, especially legal documents, are available in the PDF format,
because there is no distortion of the document.
